I am looking for a site or something that can help me plan a really cheap vacation. My sister and I want to go to either: dominican republic, Caribbean, Hawaii or bahamas. We want like an all inclusive package (include flight and Hotel). With a very low price, like 600-1000 dollars separate or 1500 together. Can you please help me,
also, looking to stay from like 5-10 days.

I usually find Flight Centre to be the best for booking all inclusives.
As for cheap vacations, the Dominican Republic is usually your best bet price wise of those places you mentioned.
The one thing you have to be aware of is the weather this time of year, if you want to be sure of good weather you really only have April and the early part of May to have a better chance of staying dry.
There is a cruise (enchantment of the seas) that ships from Panama and at the end of the year it was 400$ all inclusive..
I dont know how much it is now..
